Support for gift cards, loyalty accounts and grant accounts is here! Here’s a brief explanation of how they work.
- Selling Doubleknot gift cards is an easy way to boost revenue and participation! The gift cards can be used for any Doubleknot purchase, whether it’s online, at a Sales Station POS or anywhere your organization uses the Sales Station app.
- Loyalty accounts provide a method to assign funds to groups or individuals based on any criteria you choose. For example, loyalty accounts can be used as a reward for attendance or for spending a specific amount in the gift shop.
- Grant accounts allow administrators to apply and track the use of funds that are earmarked for specific purposes. For example, you could create a camp scholarship grant account that your team uses to cover some or all camp registration fees for qualified families. Or, if a sponsor grants your organization funds for a specific purpose, like covering the cost of school group visits, a grant account allows you to apply the funds to eligible reservations and easily generate reports showing usage to the funder.
