MAYFLOWER CAMPS ARE NOW REOPENED FOR OVERNIGHT CAMPING.
Online Registration is ONLY for BSA units. Unfortunately, we cannot rent to non BSA units at this time.
Carefully review the COVID guidelines before making a reservation.
NOTE: Jefferson is over 500 yds. from the parking lot and road conditions may not allow vehicles in the winter. There is a latrine but water must be brought in from the campmaster's building,
Bookings are from Friday through Sunday, even if you are not arriving until Saturday.
Click on the information icon next to the facility name for a picture and brief description.
To make a reservation:
- Choose a category and then a facility.
- For weekend rentals, click on Friday and then on Sunday. Then click the Reserve button.
- Your choice will appear in the Reservation column.
- Repeat procedure for multiple bookings, if desired. Then click the Checkout button.
- Fill in all required fields on the next pages, then click Checkout to proceed to the payment page.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received 30+ days from the date of rental will be refunded 100% or transferred to a future date. Cancellations received 29 to 0 days are not refundable or transferable; except when the Mayflower Council closes facilities for severe weather.
To login and modify your reservation:
- Browse to: www.mayflowerbsa.doubleknot.com and click login.
- Login with your username and password.
- Once logged into the system you will see a summary of all your registrations, click “View Details” for the event you want to update.
- You will see a summary of your registration including payments, unit contact information, and registered participants. Click “Update” to register additional participants, modify or make a payment.
